may have before making your purchase. We do take into consideration that some used electronic items may fault or become damaged under normal shipping conditions. We do have a D.U.D. return policy. Should an electronic
part be deemed Dead-Upon-Delivery we do provide an Exchange or Refund for the item upon its return to us. We do mark all used parts with invisible ink that requires special lighting to identify. That way we'll know if the returned part was sold by us. *If you receive a part damaged/lost during shipment, such as a crushed box or torn open package, you will be able to file a claim on shipments that were insured. *Please be sure that the Postal Worker delivering a damaged package to you scans in the tracking information as damaged.
*If we send you an incorrect part by mistake then you will receive a replacement order. If we do not have the part in stock to provide a replacement order, then you will receive a full refund. Please contact us to request a replacement order, return, or refund. In most cases we do not require the item to be returned to receive a refund. We will require a picture of the manufacturer's label on the appliance you own showing the model number and a picture of the item you received.
